We collect your personal information so we can contact you and provide you with our services – to measure, quote and install security screens. We need:

• your address to be able to come to site to measure and quote

• your phone number to contact you

• your email address to contact you and send the quote, invoice and other information.

Your information is collected through forms on a Wix website (data centres in the US and Europe) and stored in a CRM database by Zoho (data centres in Australia and globally) and on a local computer within the business. We take all reasonable precautions to protect the personal information we hold about you from misuse or unauthorised access.

For statistical purposes, we collect information about the use of our website, including the number of visits to the site, what pages were viewed, the length of each visit to the site and the previous website visited. No personal details are collected as part of the statistical information.  

We use cookies on our website to enhance your browsing experience. We do not use cookies to retrieve or store personal data.

If you purchase security screens from us, we will provide your contact information (and the details of the products) to the product manufacturer. This will assist you with any warranty issues. In the extremely unlikely event of a future issue with a product, we and the manufacturer may attempt to contact you to advise you of the issue.

We prefer payment by bank transfer, where we don’t see or collect any of your payment information. If you pay by credit card, these details are transmitted over a secure connection through Square or Stripe and not accessed or stored by us.

We may take photos of the doors or windows for quote purposes and / or to show the finished job. We may publish these on the website and / or social media. We will remove any personal information from these photos before publishing (e.g. address near front door) and will only describe the location using the suburb name so the address is not identifiable. If you do not wish us to publish photos please let us know when we do the job.  

We will never provide your information to a third party for marketing purposes.

We may contact you in the future about products or promotions (we’ve never done this yet and it seems unlikely, but it is theoretically possible). If we ever did this, you would be able to unsubscribe.

Our products all have extensive warranties. We will therefore hold your contact information indefinitely, to facilitate any future enquiries. We do not have a policy of destroying information.

If we ever sold the business, the new owner would receive the personal information we hold about you for the purpose of continuing to conduct the business.
